The Surveillance Shop is looking to fill a position for a Lead Security Technician that will be responsible for the installation and service of our full line of surveillance, access control & alarm products.


Responsibilities include:


  • Perform installations including cabling, mounting and network setup
  • Diagnose and repair installation issues
  • Service calls
  • Train clients and ensure the proper functionality of all systems in use
  • Daily Reporting
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with the clients
  • Frequent overnight travel may be required

Qualifications include:


  • 2+ years experience with CCTV, Access Control, Alarm systems
  • Knowledge of Video Technology and Networking a definite asset
  • Comfortable with working at heights (extension ladders, aerial lifts)
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Valid Driver's License with clean record
  • Clean criminal record
  • Motivated selfstarter
