You will

Research and collect due diligence for potential development sites
Coordinate commercial tenant requirements with tenants, consultants and construction
Track and follow up on release of outstanding Letters of Credit with all development projects
Liaise with project stakeholders
Assist with the organization and participation of public information meetings
Research general info on development issues and prepares summaries
Perform administration duties as required by the Development team prepare correspondence, file, coordination of meeting minutes
Communicate and work with other internal teams to accomplish the assigned tasks
Assist in directing and communicating with consultants for development projects

You have

MS Office skills
Excel, Word, Teams, Project and PowerPoint
A minimum of 1year experience in a similar position in the real estate development industry, Municipal Planning, commercial leasing or other related industry
Familiarity with commercial leasing transactions and tenant work schedules
An understanding of real estate concepts, the development process and land use policy
Writing experience and research skills
Analytical aptitude ability to compare data, information and crunch numbers
Access to a vehicle for visiting project sites, consultant offices and municipalities
