You will

  • Research and collect due diligence for potential development sites
  • Coordinate commercial tenant requirements with tenants, consultants and construction
  • Track and follow up on release of outstanding Letters of Credit with all development projects
  • Liaise with project stakeholders
  • Assist with the organization and participation of public information meetings
  • Research general info on development issues and prepares summaries
  • Perform administration duties as required by the Development team prepare correspondence, file, coordination of meeting minutes
  • Communicate and work with other internal teams to accomplish the assigned tasks
  • Assist in directing and communicating with consultants for development projects

You have

  • MS Office skills
  • Excel, Word, Teams, Project and PowerPoint
  • A minimum of 1year experience in a similar position in the real estate development industry, Municipal Planning, commercial leasing or other related industry
  • Familiarity with commercial leasing transactions and tenant work schedules
  • An understanding of real estate concepts, the development process and land use policy
  • Writing experience and research skills
  • Analytical aptitude ability to compare data, information and crunch numbers
  • Access to a vehicle for visiting project sites, consultant offices and municipalities
