We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a passion for working with mature adults to lead our Delmanor Aurora Community.

What you will do:

Attract, retain, coach, and support Delmanor Aurora employees: plan, organize, and implement regular feedback meetings
Utilize our online reward & recognition program to celebrate achievements and ensure maximum participation in our online employee engagement platform
Manage the budget: you are responsible for marketing and outreach programs to meet occupancy goals and revenue targets, as well as controlling expenses
Provide a healthy and safe environment for Residents: evaluate nursing care activities, ensure the culinary services plan provides creative and healthy food and meets public health requirements, and provide meaningful, appropriate recreational activities
Develop relationships with Residents' families, the Support Office Team, other Delmanor communities, as well as industry stakeholders and partners

What you bring:

5 years' related management experience
A diploma or degree from an accredited postsecondary institution, with a preference for studies in Business, Hospitality, Nursing, Social Work or Gerontology
Topnotch communication skills
Experience with financial management and salary administration
Proven leadership and problemsolving skills
