We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a passion for working with mature adults to lead our Delmanor Aurora Community.


What you will do:

  • Attract, retain, coach, and support Delmanor Aurora employees: plan, organize, and implement regular feedback meetings
  • Utilize our online reward & recognition program to celebrate achievements and ensure maximum participation in our online employee engagement platform
  • Manage the budget: you are responsible for marketing and outreach programs to meet occupancy goals and revenue targets, as well as controlling expenses
  • Provide a healthy and safe environment for Residents: evaluate nursing care activities, ensure the culinary services plan provides creative and healthy food and meets public health requirements, and provide meaningful, appropriate recreational activities
  • Develop relationships with Residents' families, the Support Office Team, other Delmanor communities, as well as industry stakeholders and partners

What you bring:

  • 5 years' related management experience
  • A diploma or degree from an accredited postsecondary institution, with a preference for studies in Business, Hospitality, Nursing, Social Work or Gerontology
  • Topnotch communication skills
  • Experience with financial management and salary administration
  • Proven leadership and problemsolving skills
