Position Overview

Reporting to the Oreflow Supervisor, the Material Handler will be responsible for material delivery/organization including surface paste plant loading materials.

This may include, but is not limited to other surface tasks such as:

Operate all site Mobile Equipment, conduct pre operational checks
Property/Road Maintenance throughout the seasons
Preform daily housekeeping duties
Perform all duties related to the position safely and productively
Must have Surface Pond knowledge
Working schedule includes days and nights

Qualifications:

Be able to work independently as well as in a team approach
Have a safe work attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and computer skills
Ability to work with some hand tools, Able to lift and carry up to 35KG
Minimum 3 years experience with heavy equipment in an industrial environment
Willingness to learn and be trained on equipment on surface (haulage truck, service vehicles)
Knowledge of normal operating parameters and required mechanical condition
