We are looking for a Project Specialist, Electric Vehicles to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Project Specialist, Electric Vehicles you will contribute to client & driver satisfaction by supporting the EV pilot process and e facilitating and execution of project planning and cross-functional resource (people and work) alignment which are performed per internal & external client expectations.

A Day in the Life- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to create and execute implementation plans for clients interested in starting an EV deployment within their fleet- Identify critical milestones and risks; establish timeline; craft implementation project plan- Oversee the execution of the implementation plan- Record project progress and provide proactive report-outs to internal and external stakeholders when relevant- Facilitate coordination of internal teams to ensure EV deployments are adhering to agreed-upon timelines for deployment as well as raising any roadblocks to be cleared by leadership- Metric tracking and reporting- Provide EV-related incentive support if applicable- Vendor engagement, management, and order tracking- Engagement with internal Element teams to support activities such as charger deployment, driver communication development and sending, client reporting, escalation resolution, problem-solving, etc.

- Supporting the development of EV team tools and resources such as templates and case studies- Conducting research to support EV product development as requested- Vehicle and charger product research

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years of business experience may be considered
Experience specifically in project management, operations, or customer service desired\
Project management experience (3+ years)
Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize and close, project management capabilities).
Identify and ask probing questions, gather data, identify options/solutions to a problem or issue and escalate as needed
General business knowledge and understanding of corporate organization structures
Demonstrate proper judgment regarding decisionmaking, selfreliance and problemresolution.
Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively;
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to influence others with diplomacy
Excellent Customer Service & Relationship skills
Strong PC proficiency (including Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and project management software Visio, MS project
