In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our Managed Service technological evolution.

Your core responsibilities encompass bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that our services meet stringent requirements, establishing efficient processes and frameworks for delivering top-notch solutions and planning and executing solution development frameworks.

Your guidance will be instrumental in positioning our organization for success in a fast-paced and dynamic managed services environment.


What you'll do:


  • Assist in the documentation of service architecture requirements (technical and business).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for services.
  • Lead solution development framework planning and management activities.
  • Plan and support the testing and quality assurance process.
  • Develop and support solution processes and training.
  • Work with architects and engineers to ensure that solutions meet business and technical requirements.
  • Plan and manage Proof of Concepts that align with the solution objectives.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of PoC for general release viability.
  • Work with other teams as a technical conduit for the Solutions Development team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the evolution of service offering development by gathering EX and CX feedback to incorporate into CSI.
  • Develop, deliver, and support training plans, material and resources for team members aligned to business needs and professional growth objectives.
  • Work with existing Operations and Delivery to create and maintain current knowledge articles and process documentation as an output of solution development, NSI and CSI.
  • Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in complex cloud environments.
  • 3+ years' experience delivering large and complex projects where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large crossfunctional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact.
  • ITILv4 certification required.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and service development concepts.
  • Strong understanding of services and solutions delivery models.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong business analysis and planning skills.
  • Ability to understand and address customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • PMP or Agile certifications are not required, but valuable.
  • Fundamental cloud certifications are not required, but valuable.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Selfinterest in maintaining updated knowledge with technology (industry) best practices.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude with creative thinking.
