• Cloud SynApps is a fast-growing consulting and systems integration firm that focuses on cloud applications, primarily on Salesforce-based platforms. Cloud SynApps has its major operations in Canada, USA and India. We've actively built our Salesforce practice and have quickly grown into one of the strongest Systems Integrators within Salesforce Public Sector space. While the Public Sector is our passion, we are also growing into other verticals including Insurance and Telcom space. We are one of the largest Systems integrators for Vlocity (recently acquired by salesforce) and Clariti Solutions (erstwhile BasicGov Applications) and have implemented these solutions for several municipal, provincial/state, federal and public sector clients. • Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical foundation and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions. Experience with OmniStudio is a plus.

• This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and guiding junior developers in adhering to Salesforce best practices.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Salesforce platform features like Apex, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, etc.
• Implement and customize Salesforce applications using Omni Studio for effective workflow management and process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret functional specifications and user requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams on best practices for Salesforce development.
• Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and maintain high standards for Salesforce development within the organization.
• Manage Salesforce releases and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development and customization.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), etc.

• Must hold Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1) and Platform Developer 2 (PD2) certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, etc.) and third-party tools/plugins.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $120,000.00-$300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
