"ConduitHR is a boutique firm specializing in recruitment services and human resources consulting support. We are based in the GTA and serve clients across the nation. Our client, in the commercial kitchen appliance/commercial cookery techniques industry is seeking a talented and motivated
BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST, reporting to marketing department.

The primary goal is to market the company's thermal cooking systems to the Canada marketplace by successfully inviting companies to the online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team


MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH/ENGLISH.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSABILITIES:


1.


Inside-Sales:


  • Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a functional record where we can interact and support the customer.
  • Target our existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximise upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
  • Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
  • Continuous CRM (Salesforce) update

After-Sales:


  • Work with existing customers to help them best utilize the company's aftersales offerings to drive customer satisfaction
  • Book Trainings (Academy)

3. Marketing

  • Support on General Marketing Department Demands

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • Cold Calling (preferred)

Experience on Hospitality Industry (preferred):


Food Industry: 5+ year of kitchen experience/catering industry (preferred)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:


  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:


  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, handle marketing budget cost centers

REASONING ABILITY and WORK BEHAVIOR:

$62,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
