Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated mobile leasing consultant to work at our residential properties in the GTA.

Experience in sales/residential leasing is preferred but not required.


You must be able to work flexible hours /weekends work based on Leasing needs, have minimum 1 year experience, must be fluent in English written and verbal, must be able to prioritize and manage time wisely and possess excellent Customer Service skills.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare properties for rent to show to prospective tenants
  • Advertise, attract, identify, qualify and close on prospective new tenants
  • Give tours of open listings
  • Portray the property and amenities in a positive fashion
  • Use a variety of methods to advertise rental properties
  • Determine the needs of potential tenants
  • Maintain working knowledge of the property market
  • Ensure the property is wellmaintained
  • Collect and organize important documents and payments
  • Negotiate financial terms and prepare lease proposals
A valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract is required.

From $3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
