Eutectic Canada fait partie d'une organisation mondiale qui se spécialise dans la technologie de la soudure et du revêtement. Nos produits sont utilisés pour la réparation et l'entretien d'équipements industriels contre l'usure et la corrosion.
Eutectic Canada est à la recherche d'un candidat en entretien mécanique pour ses deux usines de Vaudreuil-Dorion. L'entreprise en pleine expansion implantera sa nouvelle usine dans le prochain mois, le candidat participera à l'implantation des nouveaux équipements et processus. Il aura un rôle hybride de Responsable de l'entretien et de l'inventaire. Il sera en charge de contrôler l'inventaire de produit et l'équipement du département de Services.
Responsabilités:
• Responsable de l'équipement
• Effectuer l'entretient sur les équipements
• Réparer les équipements (soudeuse, convoyeur, équipement pneumatique, etc.)
• Suivre les calendriers d'entretiens
• Maintenir l'entrepôt et les équipement propre et en bonne condition
• Gérer la conformité des élingues, chaînes, harnais (tout ce qui doit être valider tous les mois)
• Compréhension du système 5-S pour aider à l'implantation
• Implantation d'un calendrier d'entretien préventif
Autres tâches:
• Participer à l'implantation des nouveaux équipements
• Suivre la formation sur les nouveaux équipement
• Effectuer des inspections
• Gérer les contracteurs et fournisseurs de services

Maintenance Technician
Eutectic Canada is looking for a mechanical maintenance candidate for its two Vaudreuil-Dorion plants. The expanding company will set up its new factory in the next month, the candidate will participate in the implementation of new equipment and processes. He will have a hybrid role of Maintenance and Inventory Manager. He will be in charge of controlling the product inventory and equipment of the Services department.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for equipment
• Perform maintenance on equipment
• Repair equipment (welder, conveyor, pneumatic equipment, etc.)
• Follow maintenance schedules
• Keep warehouse and equipment clean and in good condition
• Manage compliance of slings, chains, harnesses (anything that needs to be validated monthly)
• Understanding of the 5-S system to help with implementation
• Implementation of a preventive maintenance schedule
Other tasks:
• Participate in the implementation of new equipment
• Follow training on new equipment
• Carry out inspections
• Manage contractors and service providers
Qualifications
DEP en électromécanique ou DEP en mécanique industrielle OU DEC en Génie mécanique OU DEC en Génie Industriel OU Expériences pertinentes. Bilingue.

Qualifications
DEP in Electromechanics or DEP in Industrial Mechanics OR DEC in Mechanical Engineering OR DEC in Industrial Engineering OR Relevant experience. Bilingual.
