Job summary
As part of the Subway Team you will focus on seven main things: Providing an excellent Guest experience Ensuring that great food is prepared & served Keeping our restaurants functional clean and beautiful Controlling inventory Scheduling and supervising staff Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security Being a team player In addition to the role of a Shift Manager key parts of your day to day will consist of Managing a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work Assisting in the planning of special events and promotions in restaurant coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
