Kingsmill Foods is a beverage manufacturer located in Toronto.

We manufacture a wide range of products which are available in some of the best know cafes and retail stores in North America and worldwide.

We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Clerk.

This is a great opporuntity for a recent unveristy graduate to grow within our finance team and within the organization.

Position Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

Process accounts payable invoices and ensure matching of vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipt vouchers
Ensure vendor invoices are correctly coded and entered into system in a timely manner
Maintain vendor master information and ensure information is updated in system
Review exception reports and investigate and resolve any discrepancies

- knowledge of Excel is important
- fill and order all paperwork daily
- any other assigned tasks as needed by manager

Qualifications

University degree in business, minor or major in accounting prefered

- knowledge of basic accounting knowledge and methodology
- working knowledge of Excel and Word

Organizational skills and time management skills, planning and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively with great presentation skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

- work in a fast pace environment

- problem solver
- this postion is Monday to Friday and is in office. This position can not be completed remotely
