Job Description:

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining control of orders received and shipped alongside mentoring and growing your core team.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

Managing various aspects of the local retail warehouse and yard
Mentoring and growing your core team, recognizing that a manager's success is only possible with a strong team
Overseeing the daily warehouse operations, maintaining control of orders received and shipped, and carrying out all duties required in a timely and efficient manner
Working closely with our vibrant Roofmart Branch Staff and Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong, longterm relationships with existing customers
Growing new business and expanding market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors, homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

College diploma or bachelor's degree (in Business/Sales/Logistics/Human Resources) and/or 5 or more years of successful warehouse/yard management, logistics experience
Valid Driver's licence
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;

Authorized to work in Canada
