- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels within Home Services Operations
- Conduct diagnostic and repair tasks efficiently and to company standards
- Provide expert advice on equipment repair or replacement
- Promote Enercare Home Services products and solutions
- Ensure all tools and equipment are in optimal working condition
- Keep the company vehicle clean and well-equipped
- Maintain inventory of necessary materials in the vehicle
- Valid Gas Fitter 2 or Gas Fitter 1 license required
- Hold a valid 313D Air Conditioning license
- CFC Permit (ozone depletion) certification
- Clean driver's abstract and valid driver's license
- Minimum 5 years of recent HVAC industry field experience
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as per the Physical Demands Analysis
- Proficiency in operating tools related to HVAC equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to customer-focused service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
