What you'll do on a typical day:

Strategize on the tools and technologies needed to improve our world-class tracking mechanism
Collaborate with customers on their tracking KPI needs and implement an internal plan of action
Focus on increasing the quality of our track and trace team
Maintain a fluid carrier tracking strategy from onboarding, compliance, and reporting

What you need to succeed at RXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

4 years of operations experience
Experience with tech adoption and change management
Experience with transportation visibility platforms
Ability to prioritize work and complete projects effectively within time limits

It'd be great if you also have:

Bachelor's degree
2 years of nonassetbased brokerage experience
Experience in management and leadership; conflict resolution experience
Strong ability to think strategically
Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees
