To do so, the Sales Administrative Assistant will be expected to

Respond to online client inquiries
Answer incoming client calls and respond to their questions and/or transfer them to the appropriate department or service
Offer excellent customer service
Complete clerical documents
Maintains a professional attitude at all times and always conducts business with integrity
Complies with all Company's guidelines, policies and procedures as outlined in the Store Operations manual
Offers assistance to and builds effective working relationships with team members
Respect the store dress code
A minimum of two (2) years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred
A minimum of two (2) years of office administration /clerical experience
Exceptional client service
Strong team values
Great interpersonal, communications and writing skills
Good organization and learning skills
Fluent English and French (asset)
Strong skills using MS Outlook, POS systems and is a fast learner.
