Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is currently seeking a strong, reliable, full-time permanent
Accounts Payable Associate to join our team.

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Associate's primary responsibilities include:


  • Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and autopay through uploads
  • Following up for vendor invoice approvals and attaching backup support for audit purposes
  • Adhering to Accounts Payable internal controls
  • Provide Accounts Payable Supervisor support to resolve outstanding invoice issues and reconcile accounts
  • Assist with processing large volume of payments (rent, doctors' fees, vendor payments etc.)
  • Audit and process expense reports
  • Managing AP inbox to ensure all queries are addressed in a timely manner;
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • College or University degree in Business, Accounting and/or Finance
  • 35 years relevant Accounts Payable or Accounting experience, preferably with a large healthcare company
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with NetSuite is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor communication appropriate to different stakeholder audiences
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment; and;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Our head office is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario (in the Exchange Building).

The role is currently operating under a hybrid model with a minimum of 50% of working hours in office and the remaining remote.
