Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is currently seeking a strong, reliable, full-time permanent
Accounts Payable Associate to join our team.

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Associate's primary responsibilities include:

Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and autopay through uploads
Following up for vendor invoice approvals and attaching backup support for audit purposes
Adhering to Accounts Payable internal controls
Provide Accounts Payable Supervisor support to resolve outstanding invoice issues and reconcile accounts
Assist with processing large volume of payments (rent, doctors' fees, vendor payments etc.)
Audit and process expense reports
Managing AP inbox to ensure all queries are addressed in a timely manner;
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

College or University degree in Business, Accounting and/or Finance
35 years relevant Accounts Payable or Accounting experience, preferably with a large healthcare company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Experience with NetSuite is an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor communication appropriate to different stakeholder audiences
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment; and;
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Our head office is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario (in the Exchange Building).

The role is currently operating under a hybrid model with a minimum of 50% of working hours in office and the remaining remote.
