Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

EXPERIENCES
Experience providing administrative support services.

Experience in providing client service (internal or external).

  • Administrative support services are defined as, for example, but not limited to: managing agendas, scheduling and organizing meetings/teleconferences, preparing and collating meeting file folders and background materials, procuring office equipment and supplies, maintaining a filing system, data entry and other related duties.
**Providing service to clients is defined as, but is not limited to: answering telephone calls, providing assistance to clients, serving the public, etc.).

EXPERIENCES:

Experience in drafting and formatting correspondence material such as letters, memos etc.
Experience in creating and managing documents in a digital or physical environment.
Experience using MS Office Suite.
Data entry into a computerized system.
Experience in providing training.
Experience working in a call centre.


ORGANIZATIONAL NEED

Conditions of employment:

Reliability Status security clearance
Willingness and ability to work overtime as and when needed and on short notice.
Consent to observe strict political impartiality and neutrality for the duration of employment.
A working internet connection is required to perform the duties of the position.
