**Who You Are and What You'll Do**
- Managing the total customer interface ensuring on-going development and profitable growth on select Nutrition and Health & Wellness categories at Costco.
- Leading and participating in Design for Channel initiatives to develop new packs that align with Costco's priorities via JBP. Formulating plans to obtain agreed listings, retail pricing, distribution and product placement in Club. Evaluating customer tactics, plan implementation & recommendations to improve for the future.
- Maintaining excellent trade relations and customer support for our brands through effective execution of brand strategy in combination with complete understanding of the customer's unique needs and the marketplace conditions.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- University degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing, with previous account development or trade/consumer marketing experience within the mass/grocery/drug trade (minimum 3-5 years).
- Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities, combined with strong financial management and analytical skills are essential.
- Working with a variety of data sources including AC Nielsen and customer purchased data is also a key requirement & asset.
- Passion for moving the business forward and be able to build and influence both internal and external relationships. This individual must also be able to work independently and also as part of a greater team.
- Since this position requires travel to and from the account, a valid drivers' license in good standing is required.

**Contexte et Objectif du Poste**

**Responsabilités**
- Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les bannières afin de s'assurer que les produits Unilever se positionne en tant que partenaire et leader de catégorie
- Planifier et mettre en exécution le plan d'affaires annuel pour chaque bannière avec la stratégie promotionnelle
- Gérer les négociations des prix pour garantir les intérêts de Unilever, favoriser et protéger les relations et développer l'activité
- Réaliser des revues d'affaires régulières en personne avec les décideurs clés
- Collaborer avec les partenaires, l'équipe d'analystes et les agences pour mesurer et rapporter les résultats de tous les programmes
- Faire la promotion des nouveaux produits et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de ventes auprès des clients actuels

**Compétences Requises**
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires (BAC) en Administration ou autres
- Bilinguisme (Français-Anglais)
- Solides compétences en matière de communication, de négociation, de relations interpersonnelles et de présentation sont requises
- Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office
- Solides compétences analytiques à l'aide des données Nielsen
- Capacités de Leadership et de planification stratégique, associées à de solides compétences en matière de gestion financière et d'analyse
- Titulaire d'un permis de conduire valide
- Expérience de plus de 2 ans dans le développement des affaires et maîtrise de la gestion des clients, des catégories
