Job description

Responsibilities:

Perform site visits, interpret specifications, blueprints, and prepare estimates
Attend walkthroughs and scope clarification meetings with the customers
Evaluate most efficient methods of the work process and material usage to minimize costs
Provide detailed instruction to technicians at the startup meetings for the job and ensure the team is prepared to complete the job within the approved quote/estimate
Order materials, equipment and supplies for the scheduled jobs
Work closely with the dispatch team by answering their technical questions, and assisting them with assigning the right technician for the jobs
Work with subcontractors, negotiating with the different parties for the best pricing
Work with the management to explore new areas to expand the revenue
Establish and maintain working relationships with potential customers
Work with the team updating the maintenance list and proactively making outbound calls

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience working in plumbing, drainage, and excavation
Experience in sales and estimates
Ability to communicate effectively, maintain positive public relations and excellent customer service and problemsolving skills
Strong decisionmaking capabilities
Ability to work in a team environment displaying leadership, positive work ethic, integrity, and the ability to follow direction effectively
Valid driver's license
Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Exchange
Good organizational and time management skills
