Sales Leadership and Strategy:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead the team to meet and surpass sales targets.

Team Management and Development:


  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Market Analysis and Business Development:


  • Conduct market research to spot new opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Expand market share and stimulate sales growth.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with excellent service and support.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to maintain positive relationships.

Product Knowledge and Training:


  • Provide product training to sales team and clients to enhance product awareness and sales.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:


  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and adjust strategies.

Collaboration and Coordination:


  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations departments.
  • Ensure a unified approach to achieving company objectives.

Compliance and Ethical Conduct:


  • Ensure sales activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain the company's reputation with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba.

Salary:
$135,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
