The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms.

We're looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full financial cycle from planning, forecasting to results
Responsible for monthend closure activities
Complete variance analysis against targets and forecast as well as identifying related risk and opportunities
Partner with revenue management, local finance primes and other internal stakeholders as needed in the development of the monthly forecast, 3 year plan and annual budget, including building a driver based model
Prepare financial management reports for Senior Management and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial results
Prime for providing ongoing support for the Sales organization
Prime for providing analytical support and business intelligence as required. This would include advertiser/agency trending and analysis, special events analysis, reviewing correlation between audience and revenue, etc.
Additional support as required including but not limited to, reviewing contracts, helping the sales organization and billing team to execute/operationalize new initiatives/contracts, etc.

Critical Qualifications:

35 years' experience in Finance/Accounting and a diploma in Finance or Accounting
Strong data manipulation and data mining skills, with an acute attention to detail
Strong knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of SAP and BPC

Preferred Qualifications:

Accounting designation or working towards (CPA)
Good understanding of the broadcasting/media industry
Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
Excellent interpersonal, decisionmaking, problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work quickly and with precision
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while being autonomous
Experience in process analysis and improvement
Strong organizational skills and ability to work with ambiguity
Selfmotivated and disciplined, able to work in a demanding and fastpaced environment
Ability to work overtime according to business needs
