Oversee the parts inventory for the Winnipeg location, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
Source quotes, order parts, and support the service department in acquiring the necessary components.
Managing incoming parts orders from technicians and overseeing both inbound and outbound parts.
Handle inventory control, unload incoming inventory, pickup and deliver parts and/or tools as required.
Assist with annual inventory cycle count processing and reporting.
Create electronic purchase orders and accurately process invoices for payout through the Bean System
Assist with the overall building and property maintenance and with various shop & equipment safety Inspections.
Respond to customer inquiries.

To be successful you'll need to have the following skills and abilities:

Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills, both verbal and written, solid organizational capabilities and ability to complete tasks.
Ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a team environment.
Valid Driver's License (Class 5)
Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.

It would be an asset if you had the following skills / experience:

Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory management.
Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, ability to perform LOOP-Ups)
Forklift experience with valid license.
Trailer/transportation industry experience.
