- Oversee the parts inventory for the Winnipeg location, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Source quotes, order parts, and support the service department in acquiring the necessary components.
- Managing incoming parts orders from technicians and overseeing both inbound and outbound parts.
- Handle inventory control, unload incoming inventory, pickup and deliver parts and/or tools as required.
- Assist with annual inventory cycle count processing and reporting.
- Create electronic purchase orders and accurately process invoices for payout through the Bean System
- Assist with the overall building and property maintenance and with various shop & equipment safety Inspections.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills, both verbal and written, solid organizational capabilities and ability to complete tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in, and contribute to, a team environment.
- Valid Driver's License (Class 5)
- Must be able to frequently lift 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
- Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory management.
- Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, ability to perform LOOP-Ups)
- Forklift experience with valid license.
- Trailer/transportation industry experience.
