- Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment, machinery, and workspaces to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Work closely with managers and supervisors to address safety concerns that arise during daily operations.
- Develop emergency response plans for potential disasters, such as fires, chemical spills, or natural disasters.
- Ensure the proper placement of emergency equipment (first aid kits, fire extinguishers, etc.).
- Coordinate and conduct regular emergency drills to ensure all employees are prepared in case of an emergency.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
- Ensure that all safety equipment is inspected regularly and replaced when needed.
- Educate employees on the correct use of PPE to avoid accidents and injuries.
- Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, accident reports, training sessions, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on safety performance and incident trends.
- Ensure that all safety records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.

- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
