- Provide technical support and problem resolution for business applications.
- Work with departments to understand and align applications with business processes.
- Provide training to end-users to maximize use of business applications.
- Work with application vendors to customize and configure systems to meet business needs.
- Work with application vendors to oversee application updates, maintenance, and ensure consistent performance and minimize disruption.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and proper management of data within business applications.
- Creating and maintaining documentation regarding the maintenance and support of business applications.
- Managing and participating in projects as assigned.
- Strong information seeking, troubleshooting and communication skills are required
- Up-to-date skills and knowledge of business applications
- Must be willing to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours on an as-needed basis
- 5+ years of relevant experience with Business Information Systems or Enterprise Resource Planning systems, CRMs, or dealership business applications.
- Certifications or experience with IT Service Management, Project Management, CRM solutions, or data management are an asset.
