Service Coordinator - Toronto, Canada - GAV MGMT
Description
As Service Coordinator you will coordinate between clients and service technicians by producing daily/weekly schedules as well as providing necessary documents/information in line with current workloads and due dates.
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for answering calls and communicating with clients and internal teams. Responsible for updating customer web portals with up-to-date information.Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and weekly schedules based on priority and due dates
- Request availability from client
- Schedule and dispatch service technician
- Maintain and update status of service tickets
- Plan workloads
- Track schedule fulfillment
- Build trust and productive relationships with clients, suppliers, and coworkers
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to resolve conflict and solve problems
- Excellent computer skills and aptitude to learn new software systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail skills
