A Day in the Life

Drive the execution of marketing tactics in sync with our 5year strategic plan, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, graphic design, and more.
Craft and refine content across marketing channels, ensuring it aligns with our voice and strategy.
Build robust relationships internally and with external vendors for impeccable marketing program execution.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest strategy improvements.
Oversee corporate branding efforts and uphold brand standards.
Manage our library of marketing materials, ensuring a unified and professional brand presence.
Innovate businessspecific communication strategies to enhance our corporate visibility.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 5+ years in the domain.
Prior experience in the engineering, architecture, or construction sector is a plus.
Expertise with Microsoft 36
Familiarity with Wordpress, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in crafting engaging social media campaigns.
Experience in coordinating industry events and creating diverse content from blogs to whitepapers.
A knack for design with experience in tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Datadriven approach to evaluating marketing strategies and suggesting refinements.
Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with diverse stakeholders.
Strong project management abilities, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Prior involvement in branding efforts, ensuring consistency across communication channels.
Adept at supporting business development initiatives from sales packages to tradeshows.
Skilled in market research to back business development efforts.
A growth mindset, always seeking knowledge about industry advancements and innovative marketing techniques.
