Our studio is looking for a positive and dedicated second videographer to join our team. As a videographer for our studio, enthusiasm, superb customer service skills, and being a team player is key.
A high degree of creativity paired with a strong understanding of image composition, technical lighting, and video technology is an asset.
Also having the ability to handle details with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency is required. This is a growing part of our studio and we are looking for individuals thatwant to have the opportunity to be at the forefront of building an industry-leading wedding and portrait photography studio. A vehicle is required to travel to different destinations.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE:

- The learning curve for this position is 14 months (but that depends on your current skill level) as this position requires a solid understanding of our studio methodology and approach to videographing weddings and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- (will include, but not limited to)
- Acute adherence to the studio's brand and brand experience.
- Managing your equipment and helping with the primary setup and takedown from an event.
- Other duties are required.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Experience managing highvalue clients and their expectations.
- Have a professional attitude towards clients and other professionals.
- Proven video experience, specifically related to weddings and events.
- Current knowledge of the latest video trends, and technology.
- Ability to break down complex situations or problems.
- Ability to deliver positive, solutionbased responses to customer inquiries.
- Ability to work with a high level of discretion and be able to work independently.
- Ability to work systematically from a very detailed predefined process workflow without missing steps or details.
- An understanding of photo terminology is an asset.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

- Have your reliable transportation (Must have this) if no car then transportation fees are on your own and will not be reimbursed by the Studio.
Photographers require Full frame (crop sensor ok to start) with the following lens recommendations
24-70mm or 24-105mm lens
70-200mm lens
~70-300mm lens
35mm, 50mm or 85mm prime lens
Fluid head tripod for videography or equivalents, fast focus lenses required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- While I strongly believe that the right attitude and mindset are the most important part of being successful in this position having the listed experience below is an asset.
- Videography Experience 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Having Photography experience is a bonus as we can offer both positions as they come
