- Manage both the initial onboarding and continued training of all student staff and student leaders hired within
- Manage assigned tasks/portfolios, as well as coaching and development for performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to build and retain student leaders and volunteers.
- Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to the management of programs and services.
- Actively participate on campus and offcampus / industry / community committees responsible for initiatives
- Provide detailed and accurate budgetary plans with ongoing monitoring of expenses for programs and initiatives
Student Support & Intervention
- Support in maintaining and reviewing Early Alert (Care Program) system to: support Brescia community in
for students when needed.
- As a resource to students in personal or academic crisis, make appropriate referrals to support services at
Educator, Financial Aid, Registrar's Office, Residence Life, Campus Ministry); or in London.
**REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE INCLUDE: - Undergraduate degree
- Minimum of three years experience in Student Affairs or Education
- Experience in leading and advising students
- Experience in developing strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders
- Completion of the Safe Talk Suicide Prevention Course would be an asset.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills a must.
