Phil's has been a local landmark in Calgary since it was established in 1956. We still use the same recipes that have been passed down for generations. We are currently looking for a Food Production Worker to join the Commissary Team.

The Commissary Team is responsible for the ongoing production of Phil's signature products.

This is the ideal job for a line cook who's tired of the late nights, weekends and stresses of daily service.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined workflows and production schedules to ensure daily volume requirements are met to our high standards of quality.
• Perform corrective machine adjustments, Record production information, Clean machines and immediate work areas, Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities

Experience
Technical knowledge of kitchen equipment

Knowledgeable of safety, quality, production and inventory processes


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
