    The Moutcha Bay Resort is seeking a highly skilled and organized Staff Chef to join their team. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing high-quality meals, menu development, kitchen organization, health and safety standards, and supervising staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute daily menus that cater to the resort's guests
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
    • Oversight of food inventory management including ordering supplies as needed


    A successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of professional cooking experience with excellent leadership skills. They should have Food Safe Level 1 certification or equivalent.
    This role offers comfortable accommodations during the operating season.
