Superviseur Approvisionnement et Matériaux / Procurement & Materials Supervisor

BellatRx is looking for a Procurement & Materials Supervisor who combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure our supply chain operates seamlessly.

About the Role

As our Procurement & Materials Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing procurement activities and inventory management across BellatRx operations. You will lead a team of procurement professionals, optimize inventory processes, and ensure timely and cost‑effective acquisition of materials, parts, and services.

Procurement

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead cost‑reduction initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Optimize inventory levels through just‑in‑time ordering and effective stock control.
• Oversee supplier qualification, RFQs, contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Manage high‑value purchases, third‑party services, and resolve supplier issues efficiently.

Materials & Inventory Control

• Ensure accuracy and specifications of raw materials and machine modifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date Bills of Materials (BOM) and component shortage tracking.
• Monitor inventory, perform periodic counts, and optimize stock levels.

Process Monitoring & Improvement

• Implement standardized procedures (SOPs) to strengthen procurement control.
• Collaborate with all departments to continuously improve processes.
• Document all procurement activities accurately for traceability and compliance.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and train procurement team members.
• Provide feedback and guidance to promote professional development.
• Support performance evaluations and recommend areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in procurement, materials management, or supply chain supervision.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex technical information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
