$45,000 ($52,000 Bilingual French)
We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Associate who is
self-motivated and passionate about amazing customer service. If you love talking to people, solving problems and being surprisingly helpful, then this role is for you
This full-time role works in-office (hybrid/remote not available) at our North York location and works varied shifts from Monday to Friday (8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm) with some weekends required.
- Manage registration and check-in of students for instructor training classes (training will be available 7 days a week)
- Greet students and deliver the classroom screening procedure, where applicable
- Contact students prior to their training date to preregister them
- Reschedule students who are unable to attend training
- Maintain inventory of training centre materials and supplies
- Ensure classroom paperwork is collected and submitted within the required timeframe
- Resolve customer questions about training
- Support the instructor team to ensure a great training experience for students
- Assist with basic technical support related to Worksite's online training courses
- Register customers in instructorled training held at Worksite locations across Canada
About You
You'll be a perfect fit for this energetic team if:
- You love talking to people, learning what they need, and helping them find a solution
- You think outside the box when it comes to solutions that are surprisingly helpful to ensure our clients are happy
- You can navigate the internet and apps at lightning speed, but you are genuinely patient and understand that not everyone has the great technical skills that you have.
You'll need to bring:
- Experience in a relationshipcentric communicationsbased role such as customer service or technical support
- Experience with a CRM and/or client support system (Zendesk preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Working knowledge of and experience using Google Drive and Gmail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer tech/IT an asset
- Ability to legally work in Canada
- Bilingual French an asset
