Reporting directly to the Regional Director, General Manager will ideally reside in the
Greater metropolitan area of the Capital Region.

travel frequently to both locations.

General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve issues and complaints arising from the operations between customers and the company.
• Accountable for all aspects relating to the work of the Operations Managers and the Sales Managers.
• Coordinates daytoday operations of the RAM Doors and The Door Company locations.
• Ensure a process is in place for proper hiring, training, and evaluation of employee performance.
• Ensure that sales targets are met by creating strategies, providing support and follow up on results.
• Prepare sales tracking and reporting tools for Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reporting to the Regional Director.
• Accountable for all aspects of financial management cost control, inventory, sales, and margins tracking to budget.
• Create and maintain solid relationships with key clients.
• Help staff on duties, fill temporary gaps or assist the team where needed.
• Ensure that all corporate policies are fulfilled (e.g., health and safety).
• A leader toward a healthy and positive workplace to achieve an employee retention rate above 90%.
• Develop strategies for attracting and finding talent to ensure a full new hire onboarding process is in place and being executed.
• Achieve or exceed budgeted topline revenue, gross profit, and net income.

The General Manager we are looking for:

• College diploma or University degree in business
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Postsecondary courses in business or related studies an asset
• Very good organizational skills
• Hardworking and dependable
• Outstanding positive leadership skills
• Needs high speed and stable internet connection at home since,work from home canbe required
