Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support with administrative tasks such as**:
  • Answering phones

  • Assisting with counter inquiries

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Data entry

  • Digitizing files

  • Filing

:


  • Tracking on excel spreadsheets**
  • Assist with the Joint Job Evaluation implementation process**
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding
  • Other duties as assigned**
    Qualifications
  • Enrollment in postsecondary education, diploma/degree focus in
Administration

  • Previous experience in Administration is considered an asset**
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Selfmotivated and reliable
  • Valid G Driver's license and reliable vehicle

Working Conditions

  • Able to work with mínimal supervision
  • May be required to attend offsite meetings
