    Job Title: HR Specialist


    The Human Resources specialist is responsible for managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs within assigned facilities. This role oversees a variety of functional areas including departmental development, associate relations, training and development, benefits compensation organizational development employment.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions ensuring compliance with relevant policies procedures;


    • Recruit interview test select candidates fill vacant positions coordinate new hire orientations assist in employee onboarding process.  Ensure facility leadership is fully trained updated performance management activities reviews goal setting development planning;  
    • _parter_smithswith corporate HR team formally informally investigate advise management appropriate resolution associate relations issues write respond policy inquiries;This corresponds to represent company personnel-related hearings investigations when necessary process temporary labor requests meet operational needs;
