POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key member of the national Advisory Services Business Development team, this role is vital to ensuring national alignment of Advisory Services Business Development best practices that lead to an overall increase in reach, effectiveness, and impact with >$5M revenue entities across Canada


They will provide:
(1) regional execution of owned go-to-market reach initiatives, (2) provide crucial contributions that enhance client experience and (3) will amplify Client Partner impact by facilitating continuous improvement and sharing across teams. This person will be under the leadership of the Manager, Business Development and work closely with all Directors, Business Development within their respective territories.


CHALLENGES TO BE MET Equip - Coordinate internally across various BDC groups to prioritize, prepare, communicate, execute on initiatives required to boost the regional effectiveness of Client Partners; including but not limited to: (1) onboarding and continuous learning curriculums; (2) design & creation of owned sales content, in conjunction w/ Client Partners, that enhance the customer buying journey (3) monitoring sales process improvements and requirements, (4) upkeep of collaboration tools and (5) creation and distribution of internal/external client impact case studies for use in awareness campaigns across various channels.- Build the Business - ensure sufficient self-serve access for all Client Partners and then provide ongoing analysis and insight to BD Directors that inform sales force performance, uncover trends and recommend actions to optimize team results with entities >$5M revenue segment.


Responsible for:
(1) identifying, measuring, and sharing sales best practices, for (2) regional ad hoc data/insight requests and (3) resolution of in progress business process issues that impact both client & employee satisfaction.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field.- Minimum of two years' experience in activities related to business development; specifically executing impactful client facing events and interactions.- Curiosity to learn, identify root causes and to take initiatives.- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).- Drive to enhance client experience; learn by doing and solving problems at scale.- Superior organizational and project management skills- Adaptability: able to alter direction in response to changing situations; able and prepared to adapt to any unexpected event or circumstance; able to evaluate a situation and choose the best approach for a given situation or requirement- Work interchangeably as a national team, while maintaining the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlines.

- Bilinguism is mandatory in English and French both oral and written
