Key Responsibilities:
- Create new customer profiles and book appointments for sales department.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Develop and retain sales opportunities.
- Manage and resolve customer issues, with support by management.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Update existing customer information using our internal systems.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate departments.
- Follow up with customers on a regular basis.
- Update our CRM database and send out appointments through MS Outlook.
- Keep track of all appointments.
- Keep uptodate on product knowledge through training resources.
- Complete additional administrative duties assigned by management.
Duties:
- Call sales customers on an ongoing basis
- Handle all inbound and outbound sales communication using internal CRM
- Filter, crossreference, and organize calls for the day
- Create appointments for the sales department
- Contact clients based on Sales campaigns/events
