Sales Customer Care Specialist Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Create new customer profiles and book appointments for sales department.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Develop and retain sales opportunities.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues, with support by management.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Update existing customer information using our internal systems.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate departments.
  • Follow up with customers on a regular basis.
  • Update our CRM database and send out appointments through MS Outlook.
  • Keep track of all appointments.
  • Keep uptodate on product knowledge through training resources.
  • Complete additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Duties:


  • Call sales customers on an ongoing basis
  • Handle all inbound and outbound sales communication using internal CRM
  • Filter, crossreference, and organize calls for the day
  • Create appointments for the sales department
  • Contact clients based on Sales campaigns/events
