    Job Description:

    We are seeking dynamic and passionate Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our expanding team. You'll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by generating new leads, nurturing relationships, and driving our market share upwards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute innovative cold-calling strategies.

    Identify and qualify new business opportunities.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation efforts.

    Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

    Qualifications:

    1-2 years of experience in sales, especially in tech or SaaS industries.

    Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

    Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
