  • Characterize the defect on purchased and potentially produced parts (5W2H) and write the relevent reports (

NCR :
Non conformity reports) with the objective to limit production disturbances.

  • Secure the production line ensuring that no other defective part is available with a clear mapping (physical identification and parts in restricted area)
  • Organize the refeeding to the line with new conform parts within the takttime of the line (if part is available in stocks)
  • Organize the first level of containment with management of control and sorting activities (internal, and coordination for supplier)
  • Block (or ask to block) stock for nonconform parts
  • Ask for new control key in ERP for incoming inspection for upcoming deliveries and provide inspection criteria
  • Create Nonconformity reports in ERP and SQP (Supplier Quality Portal)
  • Participate to daily and weekly meetings with various stakeholders
  • FormationBac +2 ou Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) ou Diplôme universitaire de technologie (DUT) ou équivalentSpécialité : Logistique ou Qualité ou Production
  • Expérience Niveau A :Expérience d'au moins 2 ans en chaine d'approvisionnent ou qualité ou industrialisationCompétences Niveau A:
  • Connaissances générales des métiers de la chaine d'approvisionnements (approvisionnements, gestion des stocks, planning)
  • Maîtrise de l'environnement informatique [ERP (progiciel de gestion intégré) et logiciels de bureautiques]
  • Maîtrise de la lecture de plan, du vocabulaire technique, des ajustements, des moyens de mesure
  • Qualités relationnelles et de communication
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, capacité à prioriser
  • Aptitude à la prise de décision et sens des priorités
  • Esprit d'équipe
