• Patrol assigned areas by foot to guard against vandalism, theft and trespassing
• Act as a visual deterrent and complete reports as required
• Play an active role in identifying, monitoring and reporting security risks
• Report, evaluate and follow up on all incidents on site and advise through the Chain of Command

Minimum Qualifications:

_Must be able to work on the Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sundays_:

• 1-2 years of security experience preferred but not mandatory
• Completion of High School OSSD
• Be able, both physically and mentally, to fulfill the duties and requirements of the assigned work
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must present a professional demeanor

Job Types:
Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
$34,560.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

Report Writing: 1 year (required)


Language:

• English Fluently (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Drivers License? (preferred)
• Security Guard License (required)
