OVERVIEW
We are seeking a E-Commerce Content Lead to provide support to our E-Commerce team. Our eComm Content Lead will provide support to the team through content development, execution and management.

This person should understand SEO and copywriting and be able to integrate that knowledge into all eCommerce content launches and ongoing support.

Our eComm Content Lead will be required to thoroughly understand all Health and Nutrition brands via brand guidelines and brand communication.

The Content Lead will work closely with the eCommerce team and brand teams but should also be able to work independently and with multiple channels within and outside the business.

This role will support the development and launch of our SEO and eCommerce content strategies.

The eCommerce Content Lead will work on all Health and Nutrition brands and work with all retailers within our roster.

Additionally, this person should be able to work within tight deadlines, be able to pivot direction quickly and effectively and still deliver projects on time.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop the initial drafts of all eCommerce content and media activations
  • Content loading, monitoring and management on all retailer sites
  • Syndicate retailer sites with internal tools

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Previous experience in the field of eComm content (1 to 2 years)
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • Understanding of retailer tools (e.g. Amazon Vendor Central)
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
  • SEO & copywriting experience and understanding
  • Proficient in all aspects of content strategy and brand positioning
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, projectbased environment, take on multiple tasks simultaneously, manage time effectively, and deliver highquality work on time
  • A collaborative mindset and ideadriven. Outcomedriven, ability to balance creative and analytical thinking

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Develop initial drafts of creative projects
  • Update all eCommerce content within set time frame
  • Syndicate all internal content tools
  • Manage search initiatives developed by eCommerce team
