Worley Canada Construction is seeking a Project Controls Co-Op Student to work with our team in the Edmonton office beginning at the end of April 2024 or as soon as possible if student is available sooner.

The duration of the assignment will be 4 months.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with Project team to ensure the project successfully meets the project's cost and schedule targets.
  • Support internal and external client reporting for multiple projects.
  • Support the compiling of accurate, comprehensive, and timely cost reports.
  • Support the development of accurate, comprehensive, and timely schedules.
  • Support the development of a change management process.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project scorecards.
  • Support project set up in various Worley Canada Construction's project controls and financial systems
  • Support Project LEMS process including coordination with required stakeholders
  • Other duties, as required.
Qualifications:


  • Current student available for full time coop placement (40 hrs per week) beginning at the end of April 2024 or as soon as possible if student is available sooner. The duration of the assignment will be 4 months.
  • Working towards a Technical Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting of Engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate in all Microsoft Office products.
  • Some knowledge of Primavera (P6) scheduling and reporting would be an asset.
  • Must have reliable means of transportation
