What You Will Do
As part of a dynamic maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair across an award-winning portfolio.
- General Maintenance tasks: repairs, replacements and renovations
- Supplies and equipment inventory
- Work order documents and logs
- Emergency and seasonal afterhours response as needed
- Maintain and inspect equipment
- Adhere to safety guidelines
- Deliver assignments on time
- Quality assurance
- Collaborate with a vast and diverse team
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience as maintenance technician â€'œ versatile skillset
- Perhaps Technical certification in a relevant field
- High level of craftsmanship
- Ability to work in various conditions, indoor and outdoor
- Estimating skills, both time and materials
- Ability to stand, climb ladders and bend for extended periods of time
- Physical Stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
- Team Player who thrives under pressure
- Comfortable working at height with proper safety measures
- Willingness to step outside of core responsibilities to support your team

Work Environment
Get ready to tackle a dynamic range of tasks, both indoors and outdoors, new construction or heritage, minor to major projects, all while working efficiently in occupied tenant spaces.
However, there will be needs that may fall outside of those hours â€'œ afterhours emergency calls and high turnover periods.
