ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


  • Define what success means for your customers and produce detailed plans outlining roadmap to achieve success and have shared accountability of their success
  • Engage with customers through planned discussions, recurring updates, requests and projects
  • Identify customer risk, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, execute value realization, and/or getwell plans
  • Ensure communication, reporting and operational activities are handled in a consistent, timely, accurate manner internally and externally
  • Forecast and manage customer renewals

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: BA/BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience

EXPERIENCE:
  • 6+ years experience in Customer Success role, preferably a Strategic CS role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with SalesForce, MS Office solutions, and SaaS industry preferred
  • Ability to function in a high volume, always evolving business environment while maintaining a positive attitude
