    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of software products and ensuring the team adheres to best practices and coding standards.

    Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
    Oversee software development projects from conception to launch

    Work closely with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Design teams to understand requirements, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

    Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed by the team
    Assist the Engineering Manager with conducting performance evaluations for team members
    Develop and maintain technical documentation
    Act as a Scrum Master for Sprints
    Prepare solution development estimates including technical planning, refinement, and dependencies
    Provide technical expertise and motivate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation and deployment
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or a related field
    ~4+ years of experience in software development
    ~ Strong understanding of React AND Go Lang.
    ~ Experience leading software development projects/features
    ~ Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams.
    ~ Familiarity with Agile development practices, including continuous integration, test-driven development (TDD), and iterative delivery.
