PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Monitor the process of nonconformities on purchased parts from ERP containment to purchase order placement and through all the reverse logistics flow.
  • Manage and animate the NCR cell team

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Tasks

  • Manage the Nonconformity Cell Team and take over the escalated topics
  • Adapt capacity vs charge
  • Manage the budget
  • Develop the standards processes and tools for the NCR cell
  • Animate the performance and define adequate KPI's
  • Insure the good performance of the following:
  • Reduce the backlog of NCR to be sent to the suppliers to the minimum
  • Perform the stock movements (restrictions, transfer, scrap)
  • Place and monitor NCR orders for new parts, warranty, repairs in ERP (GSI), follow up quotations and lead times
  • Ensure lead times are respected for repair orders
  • Manage the reverse logistics back to the supplier with the outbound shipment team
  • Prioritize urgencies according to production lines needs and challenge material planners when a NC generates a missing part
  • Ensure accuracy of NCR purchase orders to reduce the risk of good reception discrepancies
  • Animate daily, weekly and monthly meetings with the involved stakeholders
  • Reports state of blocked stock to Material Management
  • Train the team and install multi competencies skills
  • Participate to audits, APSYS
Relevant KPI

  • Volume of issued and closed nonconformities
  • Time of replenishment (time between declaration of defect and availability of replacement part on the line)
  • Lead time of notification to suppliers
  • Average time spent in restricted area
  • Overall nonconformity process time
  • Value of blocked stock both on site and at supplier location

EHS:

  • Take all required actions when confronted with any hazard
  • Report all deviation on the production line or in the warehouse
  • Organize problem solving within the department

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Educational Requirements_

Mandatory:

Graduated at least from Higher Education in Quality or Supply Chain.


Desirable:


  • Supply Chain certification.
  • Local language
**Experience


Mandatory:


  • Experience with ERPs, Supply Chain concepts, processes continuous improvement, English, management

Desirable:


  • SAP experience.
