Staffing Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staffing Officer to join our team at Oxygen8 Solutions Inc.

Responsibilities:

• Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, providing timely and effective support to employees.
• Foster excellent relationships with managers and employees by advising on staffing policies and procedures, determining eligibility for entitlements, arranging staff training, informing about payroll matters and benefit plans.
• C Coordinate employee performance appraisal programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
