FUNCTIONAL AREA:
Marketing
Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean and transform data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies and insights that inform business decisions
  • Produce reports, graphs, summaries and presentations that convey analytic results in an easy to understand and storied manner.
  • Develop and maintain reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify issues, triage them, propose a solution and implement changes in a timely and responsible fashion
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into datadriven insights
  • Continuously improve reporting capabilities and business metrics
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality to ensure data integrity
Key Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary Education preferred; however, a strong combination of experience and education is considered.
  • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency and proven ability to problem solve
  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office and Excel (Pivot tables, vlookups, sumIfs, graphs)
  • Logical, technical and analytical mindset
  • Energetic, resultsfocused, selfstarter
  • Strong interest in working with data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An optimistic outlook, a willingness to learn, and an openness to constructive feedback
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Exceptional at problemsolving and troubleshooting
  • Can work in a team or autonomously

WORKING REQUIREMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Climate controlled office environment
  • Day shift, Monday through Friday, though additional hours or weekend work will sometimes be required
  • Seated computer work with occasional meetings
  • Working remotely as well as in office

Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
