The Parking Attendant is the front-line representative greeting, engaging and interacting with all guests arriving at the event.

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:


  • Making sure that traffic flows smoothly
  • Greet customers when the arrive on site
  • Answering questions about the event of the night
  • Assist customers on how to use pay stations
  • Ensure all signs are posted and in good condition
  • Monitor lot and check for parking space availability
  • Keep the workplace clean at all times
  • Check for parking space availability and notify customers if lot is full
  • Serve customers according to the standards and procedures established by Indigo
  • Duties as assigned by manager

Skills & Experience:


  • Must be able to speak fluent French and English
  • Possess great customer service skills
  • Concerned with quality and take pride in work
  • Punctual, mature, and reliable
  • Must be a team player
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends
